Broken Angel/Wounded Soldiers

I was 6 when my dad died in my mother's arms 3 years later my uncle killed by a gun, 4years more my big brother died in a fire, they say it was an accident but streets say NO, they're liars. Fighting my own battles left alone at hospitals, surgeries, child rape no charges no love, broken wearing nothing but I smile through the misery.
Contrary to you I'm still standing strong, year after year you try to knock me down but bad times never last long. I see myself and other wounded soldiers putting their pain in songs. 
Little scars on our bodies but alot on the brain, you can't break us, Life already tried that with no shame against us are the unbroken telling their fake life stories in rap, they never went through the pain. Lost loved ones, broken families, abuse those unwanted memories still remain. No one willing to help the true to life come up so we stay true to our name.
Willing to take the loss nothing more to lose, putting ourselves out daily the battle begins it's either me or you.
So many true wounded soldiers fighting the war of life everyday. Stand up and keep speaking the truth, No one can see the scars but always hold them as trophies and use them as strength and always be you, Keep doing your thing and keep living. True Success is Survival

I KNOW WHY?? We are caged with our dreams

I KNOW WHY the prisons are full of innocents and misguided individuals.. Because So Many People want to see others fall and fail to make themselves look and feel better. We now have a black president that has never stood inside a hood and spoke with the less fortunate, the struggling and the lost. He talks about everyone going to college not remembering that the same kids he's speaking too are wondering if they will have dinner tonight or will a family member be killed that day trying to get money to feed the family because no one will give them a job.
I KNOW WHY there are so many people developing cancer and other life threatening disease, we have untested bi-products and preservatives in our food, chemicals in our air and technology exploding into the atmosphere all in the name of MONEY, OH I MEAN PROGRESS..
I KNOW WHY so many are struggling, committing crimes to survive and dying for lack of medicine because NO ONE CARES if it's not about MONEY you don't matter. Only a few rich will speak out against hypocrisy and help the less fortunate, the rest sit back in their limos and brag about how much they made off the poor today.. Companies are not hiring and if they are it's only their own people, family and friends leaving the others out to make pennies not even enough to live and feed themselves. The government has been giving benefits to fradulant people capable of making their own money. YET THEY DENY the ones in the most Need leaving families homeless and kids hungry and the sick without medical care, hoping they will eventually die before they can collect any government benefits owed to them. ALL IN THE NAME OF MONEY, NOT PROGRESS if one person is suffering we have not progressed anywhere, We are still locked in cages running in the circle trying to find the way out.  MONEY is NOT everything but due to societies new principles it makes it hard for it not to be.. LIVE, LOVE AND BE HAPPY that should be the only dream we seek!!

Brilliant Minds

The Most Brilliant Minds are walking our streets everday, from the rappers telling true stories rhyming better than the best reknowned poets to the homeless that have lost everything confused that no one could see the brilliance that they possess.  Some of the most brilliant artists and people are amongst us everyday. The largest corporation were started by people with no degrees on the wall, we use their work everyday.  The biggest problem in America is we have some people that feel because they have a piece of paper they are superior to the ones who didn't have the same opportunities to go to college or the backing to give them a proper start in life.  These people eat at restaurants, get their clothes cleaned and house built on the backs of those who didn't make it to college yet in all aspects may be superior to them. I am a watcher and listener I remember a homeless man that could quote Shakespeare at a whim any play or script he knew it does that make him less superior because of a broken pysche, no it doesn't.  I read published writers and poets daily yet when I listen to an underground rapper spew out the pain he feels and see daily it touches me more than the ones we feel are superior because someone bought their book. Our country was built from Great Minds and until we recognize that we are surrounded by people of Brilliant minds daily and stop looking down on one another we will get no where in our own country, wandering in our own world of lost consciousness feeling superior while we are truly just a memorized book.  I speak for the Brilliant minds that created businesses, giving to others and underground artists that people hide from because they don't want to hear the truth about the world around them..We salute all the brilliant minds of the world that created jobs and avenues for people that are less fortunate but are truly Brilliant in their own rights...

The true rap voices, the lyrics of the street..have been overcome by the industry rappers with nothing but hot beats.
Instead of boppin your head to the beat listen to what they're saying...the life they've live and your life will never Meet.
They just want your money, they don't care of your lifestyle or who you are..their main goal is short-lived wanting only to be a superstar.
That's why the lyrics their ghostwriters, write are all ablib, when you get in the industry you're just another robot in the game, the record companies just want more stars beside their name.
So when your out in the struggle and you wonder what's it all worth, stay independent and remember the industry curse..

NO IT JUST CHANGED VENUES, WE STILL HAVE RACISM IN THIS COUNTRY BUT THE MAIN ISSUE IS CLASS AND STATUS. WE STILL HERE EVERYDAY WATCHING THE RICH GETTING RICHER AND THE POOR GETTING SO MUCH POORER, WHILE PEOPLE WHO HAVE WORKED ALL THEIR LIVES FOR THEIR HOMES ARE NOW LOSING THEM WHILE THE RICH SIT IN MANSIONS LAYING OFF THE LESS PAID AND DOUBLING THEIR OWN SALARIES...WAKE UP!!!!THE DREAM IS DYING AND WE ARE STILL FIGHTING FOR OUR RIGHTS TO LIVE AS EQUALS NOT JUST THE MINORITIES ALL OF US NO MATTER WHAT YOUR SKIN COLOR IS, WE ARE NOW IN A FIGHT FOR SURVIVAL THE POOR AGAINST THE GREEDY RICH, HOW MANY OF OUR CHILDREN HAVE TO DIE IN THE STREETS OR GO TO PRISON BECAUSE THE POLITICIANS AND MEDIA TELLS THEM WITHOUT MONEY YOU ARE  A NOBODY...HOW MANY??? MONEY DIDN'T MAKE THIS COUNTRY GREAT THE PEOPLE DID, TODAY WE CELEBRATE THE ACHIEVEMENT OF A GREAT MAN WHO USED HIS VOICE TO REACH MANY NOT BY MONETARY VALUES BUT BY DEDICATION AND PASSION TO HIS DREAM.  WE ARE ALL SOMEBODY AND UNTIL WE USE ARE VOICES TO BE HEARD ALL THE WORLD WILL HEAR IS HOW FAR AMERICA HAS FALLEN OVER THE RICH REFUSING TO HELP THE POOR AND SUFFERING..DR. BEAUTY OF THE DANDELION

HAPPINESS AND BEAUTY SURROUND US ALL ON A DAILY BASIS, EVEN THOUGH A DANDELION IS JUST A WEED, THE YELLOW PELLETS ARE BEAUTIFUL. 
IF YOU RELINQUISH ALL THE BAD FROM YESTERDAY AND KNOW THAT EVERY DAY BREAK IS A NEW AND EXCITING NEW DAY, HAPPINESS WILL RETURN TO YOU.  EACH MORNING WAKE-UP, STRETCH AND SMILE AT YOURSELF SIT FOR JUST ONE MINUTE AND THINK OF THE HAPPIEST MOMENTS IN YOUR LIFE EVERY MORNING.  SO WHEN THE DARK CLOUDS COME AND THE STRESS OF THE DAY BEGINS TO DRAG YOU DOWN, STOP FOR A MINUTE AND REMEMBER THE BEAUTIFUL MEMORY YOU HAD WHEN WAKING UP AND REMEMBER EVEN THOUGH TODAY IS GOING BAD, I'M STILL LIVING, BREATHING AND WORKING THERE ARE PEOPLE IN ALOT WORSE PREDICAMENTS THEN I AM IN. 
LIFE IS A GIFT THAT WE MUST CHERISH AND NOT TAKE FOR GRANTED, THERE HAVE BEEN SO MANY LIVES LOST AND GONE FROM US THAT NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO DO WHAT WE CAN DO TODAY.  DON'T LET STRESS, BAD MEMORIES AND THINGS THAT ARE OUT OF ARE CONTROL GET TO US EITHER DEAL AND TAKE YOUR CONTROL OR LET IT GO INTO A PAST EXPERIENCE OR LESSON LEARNED CATEGORY.  ALWAYS THINK FORWARD NEVER BACKWARDS WHAT WAS DONE YESTERDAY, IS JUST THAT YESTERDAY, DON'T LET IT EFFECT YOUR FUTURE AND ESPECIALLY NOT YOUR HAPPINESS!!!!

THE STRONGEST SUPPORT SYSTEM YOU HAVE IS YOURSELF.  A LOT OF US GREW-UP WITH NO ENCOURAGEMENT OR SUPPORT SYSTEM BUT RELIED ON THE FAITH WITHIN OURSELVES TO DO ANYTHING WE SET OUT TO DO WITHOUT THE FEAR OF TRYING THE IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE NO ONE WAS THERE TO TELL US IT WAS POSSIBLE.  YOU MUST FIND THAT SAME INNER STRENGTH THAT SAME SUPPORT SYSTEM THAT KICKS IN WHEN OUR BLOOD CELLS OUR FIGHTING OFF A VIRUS, YOU MUST FIGHT FOR THE GOALS YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE IN LIFE ON YOUR OWN.


SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT AND STRENGTH ARE ALL WITHIN OURSELVES

STRUGGLES???

Many people are speaking of struggles, stress and money worries, but are these real struggles? Just because you don't have what you want to eat, you're hungry? or you can't buy the shoes or car you want you're broke? The word Struggle has been minimized to wants not needs. Struggles are excuses for the behavior people exhibit when they put their wants over their needs. 
I hear people complain of all the obstacles in their way but to truly beat any obstacle you must first embrace that it's there and either work with it or around it but nothing can block your path to life. Just remember my thoughts: If you wake up every morning and stand on your own two feet, reach for objects with your own two hands, look in the mirror and clearly see yourself with your own two eyes and hear birds singing with your own two ears than you already have double the chances of beating obstacles that others face on a daily basis.  What was your struggle again??? The struggle we create is within ourselves, we need to focus with our minds to unblock the subconscious obstacle that slows our process of living the life we were meant to live.  We all have struggles in one way or another its just a part of life but when it interferes with you living, you must embrace it, learn from it and grow bigger then the obstacle to step over it and get back to the higher being of oneself...

The Realization of oneself

There comes a point in every one's life that changes their outlook of themselves and the world around them.  You look back and realize you have accomplish a little and alot all at the same time.  You realize it's time to know what you want out of life, when will you really start to live the life you were meant to live. 
You will also come to the realization who really cares for you and who is just using you, it's that time to let go of the fakes and keep the lifelong loyal people in your life, not just talking about friends that includes family too. The only way to understand what you need to do is to focus on you and only have people surrounding you that care about your well-being. No one is promised tomorrow or even the next hour so let nothing or no one take your happiness away even for a second, a second of sadness or anger in an hour off your life, it's not worth it.  If you're miserable in your job, I know it's scary but change it or take a chance and do your own business every 10 years the economy crashes and rebounds, it's coming back and everyone doesn't have the gifts and talents God bestowed upon you, use them to be Happy.  You need to realize it's not your parents, your neighborhood or environment that stops you from you happiness and dreams it is YOURSELF.  Alot of us grew up in households of no encouragement or support but we found it within ourselves the gift god gave us.
Until you realize that YOU are the Key to your Happiness, Love and Success to Greatness, you will be lost in the denial of your own self worth, just being a living shadow of your true self.  The light of realization will come to everyone who truly seeks it.

REFLECTION...A MIRROR OF YOURSELF

Realizing the strength within us is more powerful than any pounds of weight you can lift or any fights that you've won.
The consciousness of our own greatness is the only inspiration needed to achieve our Goals of making the Impossible...Possible
I use my own three (3) R's, Reflect, Recount & Remember..
REFLECT: About yourself, what makes you the person that you are, do you have the drive in your heart, the determination in your mind to be the greatest you were meant to be.
RECOUNT: The situations and people in your life that pulled you up and especially the ones that pulled you down. Use the good and the bad to show love for the good and to prove the bad ones wrong.
REMEMBER: Your past it is the foundation for your future, the more failures and pain I use as motivation to be unstoppable in any goal you are reaching for. I use these as an understanding that this shaped me into the person that I am today..no one can stop me but me..the same is for you

The actions you do today will be the reaction for your future no matter what your situation is..Only you can make you who you are today, tomorrow and the future..That reflection you see in the mirror is yourself, just make sure you like what you see...

NEGATIVITY....L.O.W

Negativity is a disease, a cancer that gets your soul and drains your mind of your goals. Negative people will just NEGATIVE, because that's their persona, hate, disloyalty and jealousy are all under that negative umbrella.
My Acronym for these people is L.O.W just pay attention to my words and watch for these people.
LISTEN: Always listen to negative people never feed into their hate, just listen without response, as you listen you can feel the darkness engulf them and the suffocating of the light and air. beware
OBSERVE: Their body language, their expressions no matter how beautiful a person is on the outside that negativity and hate will show on the outside, showing the pure ugliness of one's being. beware
WATCH:  The actions they show toward someone else will be the same actions against you they will bring to someone else about you.  The only thing they focus on is someone's misery like a sear sucker sucking happiness out of everything and everyone around them.
L.O.W life people are full of negativity, stay away from these people
Keep your thoughts POSITIVE, GIVING AND LOVING. Focus on your Blessings no matter how small and you will see the changes in your life just by cleaning the darkness of negativity out of your life.  Life is a being to be cherished with happiness and light each day.  The Success of your life depends on the Positive way you face each challenge to win your goal..
